Today I look back.  I reflect.  I sit in this hotel room looking at House Hunters and checking out the angles that they use. I do weird stuff like that LOL.  Meek Mill blasting out my Dre Beats.  I realized it’s been over a year since I started My Touch Films.  I actually started MTF 2011 of March.  I remember sitting in a room with a close friend trying to figure out how in the hell can I get into something, instead of doing the stuff that I was doing. Well don’t laugh but, I was going to start a clothing line.  I had a sweet name and concept.  Still might use it after I get MTF solid.  But then I said “it’s too many people doing that”.  Fast forward.  After thinking out what my granny said months before, I decided to grab a camera. Ok fast forward again.  I remember going to St. Louis with a close friend/bro Khidaman but I call him Jack.  He had a show there.  We all went to St. Louis in a flashy caravan and had the time of our lives.  When I got back from the trip I ran to my laptop and started to edit everything.  I was on 10 and was so super excited to show the finished product to my friends.  Not to everybody but just to them.  Not thinking that others are gonna look at this video as well.  But, they actually liked it!  As I look back it was kind of bad LOL, but I realized that this is what I’m suppose to do.  Even though I went to school for it, I just swept it under the rug.  I was so blinded by other things.  I wanted things to come fast and I enjoyed that.  Everyday in my mind I thank those who were there in the beginning because they were the ones who heard my dreams before I even went on twitter and said WWW.MYTOUCHFILMS.COM.  I tear up sometimes because my granny would say “You go buy that Bentley the right way when you get big!”  SMH.  That lady don’t know how much she means to me.

This post is special though.  It shows the progress and the growth.  It shows that I have grown as a person.  See, I feel like last year I was getting the plane ready for take off.  The MTF plane LOL.  I was fueling up.  Stocking up on the juices and water.  Making sure the food was fresh and the pillows were new.  I was making sure the engine was good and fuel was loaded.  What I’m saying is that the projects that I filmed last year, were preparing My Touch Films for take off.  Getting it ready to fly.  Not only across the country but one day around the world. I think big and this year My Touch Films has taken off.  I’m in the air with a full passenger flight!  Thats right I have a full cabin and they all riding with me.  Even though I plan on dropping them off at the next city, not to leave them behind, but because I have a whole new set of passengers that’s awaiting my arrival.  And when they get on this flight I’ll have all brand new everything for them as well.  That’s why they’re going to keep coming back too, because they see the passion that I have for this. I don’t just do it because it looks fun but I do it because I love it.  It means the world to me when a person says “hey, nice video”, something so simple makes me want to go even harder.  See right now I only have one plane.  But one day I plan on flying everybody everywhere.  My name is Touch and this is my focus post.  You’re welcome.
